Business Internship in Argentina

Work alongside professionals in Argentina for up to 40 hours per week in consulting firms.

Eligibility requirements: Must be 18 years old or over and preferably have completed at least one year of undergraduate study, in a relevant major such as business administration, economics, marketing, finance, or a related field. Previous coursework or experience in business-related fields is an advantage, but not always required. Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. Must be willing to learn and contribute to various aspects of business operations including research, analysis, project management, and client relations, and have a professional attitude and eagerness to gain practical experience in the business sector in Argentina.


This is an in-country hands-on program with shared housing and local team support provided.

Accommodation is fully furnished (single or double beds), with WiFi, shared with 1-6 other same-sex interns, and located in safe areas with easy access to public transport and close to the internship site. The last night of accommodation is Friday night of the final week, leaving interns free to depart on Saturday. Extra nights of accommodation or private apartments can be arranged in advance, upon request and subject to availability.

Internships start on Mondays and interns can choose to participate in a program for a minimum of 4 weeks or up to a maximum of 12 weeks.

The program fee includes free airport pickup on the Sunday before the Monday start date from Buenos Aires International Airport (EZE). To qualify for the free pickup, interns are required to arrive between 9am-6pm. At the airport, interns will be welcomed and transferred to their housing in Buenos Aires. For interns arriving at an earlier date, pickup can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Vaccinations: Hepatitis B

Adequate information about the city and hosting institution will be sent before arrival, including information about the city, local culture, rules, emergency contact numbers and the local team.

Interns should budget about 3,000–5,000 ARS (about US$3–5) per day for breakfast, 8,000-12,000 ARS for a simple lunch out (about US$8–12). Argentina has many dining options and different cuisines ranging from budget to high-end depending on the intern’s needs. Most establishments accept credit/debit cards, but interns are advised to carry cash in Argentinian Peso. There are several free ATMs in town which are easy to access.

Argentina is known for its diversity of climates and landscapes from jungles in the north, great grass plains in the center and frozen mountains in the south. Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina and is often referred to as ‘the Paris of the South’, with a mixture of European and Latin American culture. The climate of Buenos Aires is subtropical, with mild winters and hot summers. The weather year-round is approximately 47°F / 08°C and can reach up to 86°F / 30°C. The most popular time to visit Argentina is from June to September and December/January.
